I was diagnosed with a &#8216;frozen shoulder&#8217; by an orthopedic physician and did all the things they tell you to do\u2014doctor visits, resting, physio-therapy, cold, hot, etc., etc.. At one conventional physiotherapy appointment I was in so much pain while the therapist attempted to adjust my shoulder that I nearly passed out from the nausea it created. Another appointment I left with second degree burns from an electrical pulse pain relief machine that I was told to keep increasing every time I adjusted to the discomfort.<\/p>\n<p>Ruti invited me to her studio to take a look after she heard about my struggles. After only 2-3 sessions my mobility in the shoulder improved significantly. In one month she was able to make progress that I hadn\u2019t seen beore. After a few more sessions the shoulder could use full range and within a few months I was able to use the \u2018frozen shoulder\u2019 without any hesitation, and haven\u2019t had a return of any symptoms since (over 2 years now).<\/p>\n<p>The methods that Ruti uses not only address specific issues but also general posture and alignment that is central to overall physical strength and comfort, helping to prevent re-occurrence of the problem\/s. Her approach is not only to correct, but to provide the knowledge and tools for her clients to improve independently as well. It is obvious that she is as invested in the process of healing and in improving her client\u2019s physical and mental well being. I always looked forward to my sessions with her and even recommended her to my ailing father to meet with her to improve mobility and pain concerns related to arthritis and aging issues.<\/p>\n<p>If I ever have any physio-related issues again\u2014I will not hesitate to go to Ruti first before the long and often ineffective conventional process.<\/p>\n<p>Ruti is amazing, heartfelt, knowledgable, and proven.
